Project Overview
Shock.Management is a modeling talent management agency with headquarters in Ukraine and Israel.

My main task was to make website redesign due to company rebranding, and to visually convey a nightlife vibrancy and the liberating spirit of self-expression.. Each model has a unique personality, so I focused on showcasing Shock.Management as a place that celebrates and empowers their individuality and talents.
My Contributions
As a lead designer on this project I was responsible for all aspects of design and performed following stages:

- brief study
- competitors analysis
- archetype & emotion defining
- creation metaphor of "shock" & ideas generation
- sitemap
- moodboard, reference concept
- UI elements (color palette, typography, composition, decorations, such as: icons and illustrations)
- wireframes
- responsive design for desktop & mobile
- UI-kit
Basis for UI-design
Determining a brand's emotion and archetype helps create a consistent and relatable brand identity. Emotions connect with consumers on a personal level, fostering loyalty and recognition. Archetypes provide a framework for storytelling, making the brand more memorable and resonant. Creating a metaphor for branding adds depth and symbolism, making it easier for consumers to understand and relate to the brand's essence. Metaphors evoke emotions, simplify complex concepts, and enhance memorability, contributing to a stronger and more impactful brand presence.

Life force
Freedom, passion, adventures, energy, feeling lively, courage. “I want to do what I want to do, explore my own limits, live my life to the fullest”.

In this case I used many visual hooks to differentiate from the competitors, immerse users into atmosphere of night, lights, and graffiti, to show that Shock.management is that place where everyone is encouraged to authentically be themselves and emboldened to express their individuality.
Archetype
Ruler - 70%
“Be responsible. be powerful.” Ruler seeks control in order to create a successful company, community.
Caregiver - 30%
“Your health is important for me.” What caregiver seeks is protecting people from bad things. It tries to help others with compassion and generosity. It values caring about others, stability and empathy, altruism.
Metaphor
We are like night life
Client wanted to visually convey feeling of night life like in "Weeknd - Blinding Lights" music video, a bit of futuristic cyberpunk and an atmosphere of streets. In this case I used many visual hooks to differentiate from the competitors, immerse users into atmosphere of night, lights, and graffiti, to show that Shock.management is that place where everyone is encouraged to authentically be themselves and emboldened to express their individuality.
